SiMiLiKiTi

It was interesting hearing Pak Tejo spoke about 'Similikiti' yesterday. Similikiti was an old poor car, the condition was so poor that it makes people loved to make it as a joke that for Pak Tejo was a humiliation. Pak Tejo was retired from his profession as a lecturer, he was typical Javanese gentleman whose pride was easily irritated. Pak Tejo loved Similikiti, but at the same time, it was his nightmare. The nightmare that woke him up to see how his life should be.
I think it's good for us to find our 'Similikiti', our nightmare, but, like Pak Tejo did, see it from the right point of view. It will be your power, your hot button to set the condition as you want it to be, and to make your dreams come true.
